잘 배운 사람의 다정함이 좋다

 

 

잘 배운 사람의 다정함이 좋다. 타고난 다정함으로 따스한 마음을 나누어주는 사람도 있겠지만, 나는 다정함도 노력이고 배움의 영역이라 믿는다. 문을 여닫을 때 뒷사람이 안전하게 들어오도록 문을 잡아 준다거나, 밥 먹을 때 다른 사람의 물 잔이 비어 있으면 자연스럽게 물을 채워준다던가, 누군가의 서랍이 열려 있으면 안을 보지 않고 슬쩍 닫아준다거나 하는 것들. 다정하지만 자세히 보지 않으면 알 수 없는것들. 그런 다정함이 몸에 베어있는 사람이 좋다.

I like the kindness of a well-learned person

 

 

I like the friendliness of a well-learned person. Some people share their warm hearts with their innate kindness, but I believe that kindness is also an area of effort and learning. Things like holding a door for someone behind you to come in safely when you open and close the door, filling it with water naturally when someone else's glass is empty when you eat, or closing it without looking inside if someone's drawer is open. Friendly things, but you don't know unless you look closely. It's nice to have that kind of affection in your body.
